Wen Chiang is the founder of WenTalk, a consulting agency that helps Chinese natives communicate confidently and successfully in Western society. Wen grew up in Taiwan and had little exposure to the English language or American culture. Despite these difficulties, his drive and different perspective led him to become a senior auditor at Ernst & Young in Chicago. By observing nuances that can make or break interpersonal interactions, he developed skills that allowed him to build rapport with International clients as well as team members hailing from different backgrounds. He now brings these skills to people who are looking to plot a path forward in international business settings.

Business Communication โ First Impressions Matter!
Various research has indicated that a good first impression is one of the key factors that leads to strong connection between human beings. In this seminar we will demonstrate how we can utilize non-verbal skills to set up a great first impression โ especially with people from different cultures. We will also reveal some conversational skills that can keep a conversation flowing naturally.
