    The Taiwan government has set an ambitious target to generate 20% of power from renewables by 2025. With the Electricity Act recently amended and the Renewable Energy Development Act under review, Taiwan seeks to tackle issues of energy transition and energy liberalisation at the same time. The presentation will introduce Taiwan’s renewable energy law and policy, as well as the regulatory framework for developing solar and on/offshore wind power projects.
