Leading into the Future of Work

Join us to learn what Leaders really need to know about the Future of Work.

Your BCCT ran an intensive workshop for HR Professionals to identify Trends, Priorities, and Needs for the Future of Work. On April 8th we want to share those results with you.

What is the future of work?

Whatever you thought it was going to be in 2020, chances are, you were wrong.

What started out as "Pandemic Pivots" are now becoming effective strategies that create new expectations, and frankly, Taiwan is being left behind.

The benefits of living one of the least impacted countries for COVID19 has meant that in most sectors, business has been booming, or at least improving. Very few companies have implemented lengthy work from home strategies, and outside of a few inconveniences, work life has been the old normal, rather than laying a foundation for the "new normal," a frequently used buzz word that will be with us for at least another year or so.

What is the future of work?

This is not only an HR question. This is also a leadership question. And we'd like to ask you about what you see while we share our findings from both local and global sources.

In this leadership breakfast briefing/workshop you will:

  • Review the results of the February 25 Future of Work workshop held with 30 HR and industry specialists within BCCT.
  1. Trends
  2. Priorities
  3. Requests & Offers
  • Be exposed to global trends and practices.
  • Workshop out key areas for development to prepare yourself and your organization for the Future of Work.

It is our hope that this becomes the first step of building a multi-disciplinary community that will continue to look to the edge to be prepared to leverage the future today.

This session is led by Florian Rustler and Jimbo Clark.

*Note: Due to COVID 19, we will need all guests to fill in the Travel and Health Declaration online during registration. This is for all the participant's health safety and follows the Local Taiwan regulations. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
