About the Workshop
Leadership Communication Skills
To be effective in any leadership role, whether it's a team leader, department leader or CEO, you must communicate effectively. You need to enhance your influence and develop communication skills to reach personal and professional goals and to achieve your business objectives.
In this workshop, you'll learn the communication skills you need to lead and manage teams. More specifically, you'll learn the communication skills you need to:
- Be assertive, but polite so you can actively participate in business conversations, whether online or face2face
- Avoid misunderstandings and clarify information professionally to prevent miscommunication
- Manage and direct conversations to keep the discussion on track and avoid digressions
- Manage different viewpoints and build build consensus by demonstrating empathy
Leaders use these communication skills to establish credibility, to empower team members and to build trust. Effective leaders need these communication skills to get things done and drive business growth.
This seminar will combine a short presentation with practical activities such as business scenario practice where participants have the opportunity to use what they've learned immediately.
