He designs and delivers specialized training content for global companies in Taiwan and China, mentors senior managers in multinational corporations and consults with the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan.

 

Dr. Makiko Kuramoto, the Managing Director of FUMI consulting in Tokyo, specializes in organizational, developmental, and cultural psychology. She supports domestic and international companies across diverse industries through consultation, training, and coaching.
