The Young Professionals Committee is introducing the "Meet the CEO Series" this year, aimed at giving young professionals a chance to meet directly with industry leaders. The series seeks to provide insights and wisdom from successful entrepreneurs, aiding attendees in defining their career paths and goals.

 

This session features Sega Cheng, co-founder and CEO of iKala, a prominent AI company in Taiwan and a leading provider of AI transformation solutions. With a mission to "enable AI competencies" for enterprises, iKala provides AI-driven cloud management and MarTech solutions to optimise businesses' operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement.

 

Sega will discuss iKala's growth strategy, focusing on how AI-driven cloud services and marketing technologies can help improve business operations and customer interactions. The session will include a conversation about Sega's experiences as an entrepreneur and CEO, especially how he navigates challenges and setbacks.
