Jodi Schneider is a senior editor on the Bloomberg News TOP team, curating and managing the front page of Bloomberg News, and regularly appears on Bloomberg Television and Radio. She has held senior editing positions at Bloomberg, including running coverage of the Congress and tax policy from the Washington bureau in the U.S. Before coming to Hong Kong, she was an economics editor in Japan. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Jodi was an editor at The Washington Post, U.S. News and World Report magazine and Congressional Quarterly, among other publications. (She is a past president of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers.) Jodi is a co-lead of the Bloomberg News Women's Voices project and also helps lead the Bloomberg Women's Community in Hong Kong.
Hsiao-yun Yang is the Senior Executive Officer for the Department of Gender Equality in Executive Yuan, responsible for Gender Equality affairs and international affairs. She has been in charge of APEC affairs for 11 years since 2006 and is very familiar with the issues of gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Lisa Kao was appointed to General Manager of IBM Taiwan effective July, 2017. Ms. Kao joined IBM Taiwan in 1993 as the client representative in Public sector
In April 2000, Ms. Kao was assigned to Beijing to be the Administrative Assistant to GM of GCG Chairman. After the assignment, Ms. Kao took over the Taiwan Marketing executive role in July 2000.
Ms. Kao was then assigned to IBM Asia Pacific Marketing Management team in 2005 to support Asia Pacific GM on the development of growth initiatives and to incubate Asia Pacific Marketing management professional talents.
From Oct. 2006 to Dec. 2009, Ms. Kao was the Executive for IBM Taiwan Financial Services Sector.
In Jan. 2010, Ms. Kao was assigned to Beijing as Client Director of the Agriculture Bank of China, serving as the client’s trusted partner for six years, helping to transform its IT infrastructure and business processes.
In 2016, Ms. Kao took over the GCG Systems-Hardware Sales business and led the team to new heights in a challenging market faced with strong domestic competition.
Ms. Kao received both her bachelor and master's degree from Cornell University with major in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering.
Cindy Sui has been the BBC's Taiwan correspondent since 2008. She covers anything that the BBC considers newsworthy, including politics, social issues, and business. Before moving to Taiwan, she worked as a foreign correspondent for the international news agency AFP in Beijing, covering all aspects of news in mainland China, and before then she worked as a journalist in Hong Kong and California.
