Current education may not fully prepare talents for future challenges and opportunities in the labour market. Terms such as artificial intelligence, sharing economy, big data and automation don’t belong to future trends anymore. They are already happening everywhere. Young people need to understand today what skills they will need to remain competitive in the job market of the future.
