This is how I start every B❒X session. An admission that I have boundaries of my own thinking that keep me safe and successful most of the time, and cause me stress and pressure when experiencing challenge and change.
I help people, teams and organizations find creative and innovative solutions to challenging questions.
I believe I have to practice what I teach, so I focus considerable energy on developing innovative processes, simulations and exercises that create an "Ah Ha" moment that leads to meaningful change. To me, the goal of creativity is to deliver better results while experiencing less tension and pressure.
