Nicholas Holt is the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. He also leads Knight Frank’s research platform across the Asia-Pacific region. His role includes coordinating research teams, tracking market performance and producing market commentary and reports. His special areas of interest within the field include government policy and intervention, cycle analysis, and intra-regional capital flows.
Nicholas has a large amount of international experience, dealing with a wide range of research and consultancy projects in the UK, mainland Europe, and throughout Asia-Pacific.
He joined Knight Frank in 2010, previously heading up the research and consultancy division in Vietnam. In this role he advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues and projects, carrying out project feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, providing development recommendations and master planning consultancy.
Prior to this, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in France where he was responsible for valuation and value related advisory for a large number of English and non-English speaking institutional investors, corporate clients and developers. Work included regular pan European advisory work across France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Poland and Hungary.
Educated at the London School of Economics (LSE), with a BSc in Economics, Nicholas went on to study for a Masters (MA) in Town and Country Planning from the University of Sheffield and a postgraduate diploma (PGDip) in Surveying from the University of Reading. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Erin started her career at Knight Frank in January 2007. Erin worked extensively across Prime Central London in Knight Frank's Knightsbridge, Riverside and Kensington teams. Erin was instrumental in the launch of the Hyde Park office in 2010 and went on to additionally take on the management of the Marylebone team in 2011. In 2013 Erin was promoted to Partner and transferred to Knight Frank Australia based in Sydney in January 2014. Erin worked to develop both Knight Frank's domestic Australian residential business and the International Project Marketing business promoting Australian residential developments from Australia into Asia. Working with several high profile local and international developers Erin played a key role in exporting Australian residential product to the offshore market.
