Your BCCT ran an intensive workshop for HR Professionals to identify Trends, Priorities, and Needs for the Future of Work. On April 8th we want to share those results with you.
What is the future of work?
Whatever you thought it was going to be in 2020, chances are, you were wrong.
What started out as "Pandemic Pivots" are now becoming effective strategies that create new expectations, and frankly, Taiwan is being left behind.
The benefits of living one of the least impacted countries for COVID19 has meant that in most sectors, business has been booming, or at least improving. Very few companies have implemented lengthy work from home strategies, and outside of a few inconveniences, work life has been the old normal, rather than laying a foundation for the "new normal," a frequently used buzz word that will be with us for at least another year or so.
What is the future of work?
This is not only an HR question. This is also a leadership question. And we'd like to ask you about what you see while we share our findings from both local and global sources.
