Susan Y. Lin is the Deputy Head of Information Services, Asia Pacific, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). This division provides products including FTSE Russell Indexes, Yield Book analytical system, and data solutions such as Sustainable Investments. LSEG acquired the Yield Book and Fixed Income Index businesses from Citigroup Inc. in 2017.
Prior to this integration, Susan had worked for Citigroup for 26 years. She joined the firm in New York in 1991 and continued her tenure in Asia from 2003 when she set up the Yield Book and Fixed Income Index businesses in Hong Kong. As part of the global expansion plan for the group, she established a new team in Taiwan in August of 2009. Susan led the team to develop and sell analytical technology and had responsibility for the family of fixed income indexes.
After becoming part of LSEG, her role in Asia Pacific is expanded to cover more products. She is currently leading the expansion plan to grow Taipei office to a global strategic hub.
She was one of the chief architects of the Yield Book software products, and developed several major features in The Yield Book, including Portfolio Optimization, Asset Liability Management, and Portfolio Index Tracking. She also developed the first version of XMLAPI to support the expansion of Yield Book product line. For the past 16 years, she has been managing the expansion of business throughout Asia Pacific among many customer segments, including banks, insurance and asset management companies.

林瑩慧擔任倫敦證券交易所集團資訊服務部門亞太區副主管，該部門提供的產品及服務包含富時羅素指數，Yield Book分析軟體以及資料解決方案如永續投資等。倫敦證券交易所集團於2017年正式收購花旗集團旗下的Yield Book及固定收益指數業務。
在加入倫敦證券交易所集團前，林瑩慧任職於花旗集團26年。她於1991年加入美國紐約辦公室，2003年於香港建立Yield Book及固定收益指數業務時，同步轉調香港，並於2008年11月派駐台灣。該部門業務為花旗全球佈局及擴展的重點規劃之一，林瑩慧自2009年8月起，在台灣建立、管理一支全新的團隊。她帶領團隊開發及拓展分析技術平台，並負責管理旗下固定收益指數系列產品。
在加入倫敦證券交易所集團後，林瑩慧於亞太區負責之產品線隨即擴展，她也同步負責集團於拓展台北辦公室成為全球策略據點之規劃。
林瑩慧曾是Yield Book軟體產品的主要開發團隊成員之一，並為Yield Book研發多項重要功能，包括投資組合最佳化、資產負債管理及投資組合指數追蹤等。她也曾為了支援拓展Yield Book產品線而研發出初版的XMLAPI。在過去16年來，林瑩慧持續於銀行、壽險及資產管理等各業界拓展此業務於亞太區的發展。
